Parity baseline 2026-11-02, after reimport 11 (#2448)

The run on the 85 packages reimport 11 published (28 changed,
data-packages#10). The 14 regressions against 2026-10-31 are all
explained in the README:
- the location/province split, which the tool compares against
  legacy's composed line;
- three new fields the tool does not map yet;
- a live legacy edit the cache has not seen;
- Sharing History's unpublished exhibitions, which the tool should skip.
