Parity: read the 2026-11-02 package shapes (baseline 2026-11-02b) (#2449)

* Parity: compare the location split, the new item fields and unpublished collections

The 2026-11-02 packages keep location, province and (Islamic Art monuments) address in
fields of their own. The tool now composes the Location line from them as the sites'
sheet.js does, with legacy's no-country rule for the Palestinian records. Baroque Art's
period_activity is read from its own section, and Islamic Art's credit_ids is compared
with legacy's credit block through the names the site prints from authors.json.
compare-collections skips collections marked published: false.

* Parity baseline 2026-11-02b: the tool reads the 2026-11-02 package shapes

Same 85 packages as 2026-11-02, compared with the tool that composes the location
line, maps period_activity and credit_ids, and skips unpublished collections, and with
the three stale cached pages of objects:epm:uk:mus22:1 re-read. Real differences
2856 -> 7; none of the 14 regressions of 2026-11-02 is left, and nothing else moved.
