Parity: compare Baroque Art's Contact Details with the package's contact (#2465)

* Parity: compare Baroque Art's Contact Details with the package's contact

legacy-php keeps the lines of a monument's Contact Details box (the
su_tooltip under the Location; commented out on Islamic Art and Sharing
History) instead of only stripping it, and compare-php checks them against
the package's `contact` (#2462): the address, "T : ", "F : ", "E : " and
"(Responsible Institution)" lines after the monument's name. A responsible
institution alone draws no box on legacy, nor on the site: expected.

Reimport 12's run counted the new field as 489 extras and failed the gate;
now 488 match and the institution-only one is expected.
