Glossary: link the dynasty texts to their terms (#2470)
The glossary jobs that link translations to the spellings they hold now
cover the dynasty translations too: a dynasty_translation_spelling pivot,
saved events and queued jobs both ways, and both resync commands. The
islamicart exporter ships each dynasty text's glossary_ids and counts the
terms they link in glossary.json.
