SH mini-sites: the generator writes the partners' logos as the site's own (#2472)

Legacy's exh_items.php prints each exhibition's partner logos on its home page's band, each linked to its partner page with a tooltip naming the partner and its place. They are site data (#2463): the generator now downloads each file into theme/assets/legacy/logos/ (in SOURCES.json) and lists it with its link and tooltip in src/minisite.json (logos), which viewer-layout 3.59.0 draws.
