Parity: baseline 2026-11-04, after reimport 13 (#2474)

7 real differences, no regressions, on the packages of data-packages#12
(13 of its 18 published; the five DXA exhibitions' versions are not yet).
The reimport carries #2470 (dynasty glossary links) and #2471 (logos out
of the exhibition and SH mini-site packages).
