sharinghistory-minisite: decode every entity of a logo's tooltip (#2473)

legacy's ddrivetip puts its text into the page as HTML, so á,
É and ü show as letters. htmlText decoded six entities only,
and four tooltips on three mini-sites printed the others as written. It
now uses the parity tool's decodeEntities (the HTML 4 set), keeping
  a no-break space as the page shows it.
